The L'viv Children's Home No. 2 in Ukraine houses 85 children, aged from 5-days to 3-years, who have been deprived of affection and care; many are disabled with a variety of congenital and acquired deformities.  These disadvantaged children need clothes, school supplies, toys, hygiene products, etc., and the financial assistance necessary for a sense of self-reliance.  The Home's caregivers are requesting help for these orphans from U.S. Ukrainians (see Ukrainian-language letter below).  For more information on The Home or how to donate, call Fr. Georgiy at (775) 200-4347 or Vita Makarenko at (650) 766-8351.  (Local Sponsor: The Ukrainian Orthodox Church of St. Archangel Michael in San Francisco)
